Our Health & Wellness Center breaks the fitness status quo. Everything from our group exercise lineup to our suite of personal services to to our impeccably maintained facilities is set up to support all bodies, inside and out, top to bottom. When it comes to a fitness routine, one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why our Health & Wellness Center offers a wide array of options for our members that includes:

• Outdoor heated Recreation Pool and a Family Pool with a slide and spray features, both with accessible zero-entry ramps

• Year-round aquatics programs, including Water Aerobics, Aqua Boot Camp, and Lap Swim

• 40+ group exercise classes per week—with in-person/hybrid/virtual and outdoor/indoor options available

• Bright, airy, naturally lit Group Ex Studio and serene, spacious pool deck are two of many locations that house our group exercise classes

• Award-winning Fitness Center with a comprehensive selection of cardio and weight machines and free weight floor

• SciFit machines for disability accessibility and physical rehabilitation

• Expert certified Personal Trainers available to offer one-on-one, duet, or small group training sessions and support and safety guidance during Fitness Center hours

• State-of-the-art Pilates Studio with Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Parasetter, barrels, and barre equipment

• Our Massage & Bodywork Studio offers full-body deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and hot stone modalities, as well as chair massages for the head and neck.

• On-site, in-person or virtual Integrative Health Coaching and unique Integrative Health programs and clinics

• Full indoor basketball court, with six adjustable ceiling-mounted hoops, that can be divided in two to host concurrent games

• Robust adult recreation programs like pickup basketball, aerial silks, pickleball, archery, axe throwing, and more

• Men’s and women’s accessible locker rooms, shower stalls, and steam rooms

• Seven spacious, accessible gender-neutral family restrooms throughout the Levin JCC, one with an accessible shower and another with an adult changing table

• Two separate child care rooms staffed by CPR/AED/First Aid-trained and -certified experts who offer age-appropriate toys, games, and activities for babies as young as 3-months-old to 4-years-old (in Child Care) and 5-9-years-old (in Kids’ Club)
