Recreation
These organized sports for adults (16+) prioritize fun and are great ways to fit socializing and exercise into your busy schedule.
AERIAL SILKS
Soar to new heights on our indoor silks with the guidance of the Triangle’s best aerialists. Sessions for both advanced aerialists and beginners are available. Pro tip: don’t underestimate this amazing full-body workout! Register for a class HERE.
BASKETBALL
Practice your three-pointer or play a pickup game with friends on our indoor basketball court. Early morning and evening hours are available. Reservations are no longer needed!
PICKLEBALL
Get hooked on this fast-growing trend whether you’re a rookie or a seasoned pickleballer. Games are played indoors, either on the basketball court or in the Sol Schecter Community Hall, so it’s Game On, rain or shine. Sign up for the next session HERE.
OPEN GYM
When it’s not reserved for recreation, group exercise, or other programs and events, our spacious gym is open for members to practice their free throws, run around with the kids, or anything else you’d like. See the schedule posted on the door for Open Gym hours.
ADULT SOCIAL CLUB
Forgot how to make new friends, eh? Yeah, we get it. You bring yourself and we’ll bring the axes (or pickleballs…or bows and arrows…or dodgeballs…) for a rousing good time. Nothing like a little competition to get the social gears greased! Click HERE to register for our upcoming Adult Social Clubs or visit JewishforGood.org/fitness.
CERTIFICATION COURSES
Turn a hobby into a source of income or learn essential skills to protect your community. In addition, through our vocational program, become a lifeguard at Jewish for Good and we’ll cover the cost of your course and certification! Register for the courses below or visit JewishforGood.org/calendar to see what’s coming up.
