Jewish for Good is working to help provide emergency funds for Israel, meant to provide critical care and support to those affected by the attacks of October 7 and the ongoing conflict.
We have two pathways to help you direct your donations:
JEWISH FEDERATIONS OF NORTH AMERICA
We are partnering with the Jewish Federations of North America to raise and distribute these critical dollars, which will support immediate relief efforts in Israel.
Jewish Federations are responding, working with core partners to support victims of terror, help rebuild damaged infrastructure, and address the unprecedented levels of trauma caused by this horrific attack.
Now, more than ever, they need your support. Israel will prevail and the Jewish people will stand together as we always do. Am Yisrael Chai.
KIBBUTZ NIR OZ
There are also many close ties between our local community here in Durham and Israel’s Kibbutz Nir Oz, a farming village with a population of about 400, that was attacked in the early morning hours of October 7, leaving the majority of residents dead, wounded, or held hostage.
We are eager to provide support to our sister community in Israel, and are raising funds to be 100% directed to Nir Oz residents to help them rebuild their community and their lives.
